## What is Seedance 2.0?

Seedance 2.0 is ByteDance Seed's video generation model, launched on February 12, 2026. It makes multi-shot clips with sound from a prompt, images, video clips and audio.

Seedance AI runs 2.0, the cheaper 2.0 Fast and the longer 2.5 in the cloud: write a prompt, add frames or references, see the price, then download the MP4. No subscription.
